30-day voluntary returns

We offer a 30-day voluntary returns window for eligible unused products. This voluntary policy does not restrict or affect your statutory rights.

Condition of returned products

Eligible products should normally be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, Leisure Accessories will deal with the matter appropriately. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem so that we can assist. Do not wait to contact us if you need help with a return.

We will review returned items and process any refund or other remedy in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights.
