Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or misuse its content.

Products, prices and orders

We aim to keep product information, images, availability and prices accurate. If we identify an obvious error or cannot supply an item, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain the situation and refund any payment taken for the affected product or order.

Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment is processed through the relevant payment provider.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched throughout the UK. Where Next Day Delivery is available, eligible orders placed before 11:30 AM on a working day will normally be dispatched for delivery on the next working day. Standard delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 working days.

If an item is on back order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date as soon as this information is available. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day voluntary returns window for eligible unused products. This voluntary policy does not restrict or affect your statutory rights.

Eligible products should normally be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, Leisure Accessories will deal with the matter appropriately. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, images, logos, designs and other materials belong to Leisure Accessories or its licensors.
